51ºÚÁÏÍø ELN is offering partner libraries no-cost journal hosting and support on a shared implementation of OJS (Open Journal Systems).ÌýThis service providesÌýmedium and smaller institutions with limited technical capacity the opportunity to publish open access jounals in a fully supported environment.

The service is run in partnership with the University of Alberta Library, which provides hostingÌýand maintenance, DOI minting, training materials, and other technical services. 51ºÚÁÏÍø ELN provides coordination andÌýtechnical support.
